“There was the usual efficient, polite service from your call centre (Sabrina on this occasion) when I first contacted you and also a later phone call to offer me an earlier appointment than originally arranged if I wanted (yes please!). When the plumber (Robert) arrived he was extremely polite and efficient completing the job quickly with no fuss leaving everything neat, tidy and clean - a credit to your company! I would certainly have no hesitation recommending your company to other people.”

“I was contacted by telephone to let me know that the engineer was on his way and he arrived in good time. He was very polite and friendly and the repair was all done in less than 20 minutes. The whole process was completely painless and very efficient. I would recommend it.”
