“"Philip the engineer phoned (as promised) 20 minutes before arrival. He was polite, smart & friendly. I was happy to have a plumber that obviously knew his trade. He looked at the job that needed fixing. Told me that wasn’t anything too serious & I didn’t need any expensive replacement parts. He completed the work in a pleasant & efficient manner. How lovely it is, in this day & age not to feel as though I have been ‘Ripped Off’. Thank you Philip for your work this morning!"”

“Should have come the same day but the engineer was not in the area and his work hours would have been over so it was the people who allocate the jobs who were at fault .Was extremely happy with the engineer who came and his work”

“Absolute brilliant service, called in morning electrician Hayden was here at approx 11.15, very polite connected my mirror in bathroom, chased wires into wall, connected a bedroom light and left job clean & with no mess. Would definately use this service again.”

“Wajid, was excellent. He contacted me before arrival, with his estimated time. Respected my property inside and out. Explained everything to me again before staring the repair, so I knew exactly what he was going to do. He quickly completed it, demonstrating that the repair had been successful. “Your engineer was cheerful and polite and I learned a few things regarding the maintenance of the boiler.. it was unfortunate that the repair took longer than expected, one week, but this seemed to be down to the availability of parts. He was absolutely determined to get the repair done correctly and communicated with the manufacturers of the boiler on a regular basis.”
