“Extremely satisfied with survey, quotation and works undertaken to the solum of my semi detached 1930s bungalow in Edinburgh. Survey was carried out by Malcolm, with plenty of advice and a very prompt quotation with detailed options appraisals. The works commenced on the agreed date and were completed within the allocated timescale by Richard and Liam who kept me informed with their progress and ensured my property was kept clean and tidy. Many thanks to all those involved at Richardson & Starling.”

“Fantastic service! Firstly, Garry who first assessed our garage was very thorough and answered all my many questions! Then Kevin and James who came round to deal with our woodworm were great. They arrived on time, were very friendly and talked me through exactly what they would do and left thorough instructions. Would definitely recommend!”

“An excellent service from start to end. Craig who initially attended for survey, those who attended and carried out the work, Sonny, William and Scott. Yes there was dust but nothing like I expected they were so careful cleaning up after they were finished. There workmanship was first class. Would highly recommend them.”

“Your Surveyor was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the source of the problem being investigated. With his knowledge, he made several Recommendations to Resolve the issue. This was done in an informative way, without 'baffling' the customer with Technical Jargin. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Note: A Telephone Call was made before the Survey, which allowed some discussion and assisted in a better understanding of the issue.”
