Your Surveyor was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the source of the problem being investigated. With his knowledge, he made several Recommendations to Resolve the issue. This was done in an informative way, without 'baffling' the customer with Technical Jargin.
Overall a very satisfactory experience.
Note: A Telephone Call was made before the Survey, which allowed some discussion and assisted in a better understanding of the issue.
