“Was very satisfied with the services of the Dundee branch and that of both technicians Bob Emery and Bobby the plasterer. The work was carried out on the dates set with the professionalism that you don't get from many companies nowadays. As stated in the work schedule carpet was protected and work site left clean and tidy. They did exactly as it says on the tin, would highly recommend.”

“We are very satisfied with the work carried out to our house by the Aberdeen Branch. The work was carried out to a high standard, on schedule and the property was left clean and tidy. Steven McLeavy who surveyed the property was helpful and explained the issue well. Sarah Angus and Rachael Murison made the arrangements and kept us well advised The technicians, David Shepherd, Callum Robertson and Neil Ferries were friendly, helpful and kept us informed of progress. all in all we were very satisfied with the service provided.”

“Graeme and Willie did a great job in treating our damp problem in Larkhall New Parish Church. The organisation from start to finish was first class. Daryn the Supervisor and the contracts Team made sure that the work was done to a high standard. I would recommend Richardson & Starling to any church who have a Rot or Damp problem”

“We had a tenanted commercial property in Dundee which had a room affected by damp. Firstly their surveyor attended to assess the extent of the problem and then provided us with a detailed report of his findings. We needed a very quick turnaround as our tenant wasn't able to use the room for part of her business. The team from Richard & Starling were very accommodating and got the works completed with no disruption to the occupying tenant. Thank you very much for excellent service!”

“We had worked carried out on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd . Both men were very efficient . John the plasterer was here Monday and today . He was also very good and made sure everything was tidy before he left .”

“I would highly recommend Richardson and starling, I am delighted with the every aspect of the service. From the initial survey undertaken by Melvin, I felt I was getting honest professional advice. Darren who undertook the work was prompt, polite and excellent at his job. He was very patient with all my silly questions, and extremely knowledgeable about the issue and the remediation required.”

“Getting flat roof replaced, I warned Richardson & Starling that I would probably need woodworm treatment. This was apparent when the old roof was removed. R&S managed to get a surveyor out within a couple of hours in the early afternoon and he confirmed treatment was needed. As the roofers needed to get on with the job, time was critical. R&S sent me a quote by email later in the afternoon, and when I accepted they arranged for an operative to do the job the next morning, fitting in the treatment with the roofers' activities. Wonderful service from R&S (Sarah (office), Steven (surveyor) and Neil (operative). I cannot reccomend them too highly.”

“We had Evan from the Dumfries branch help resolve our issue with woodworm and replace a rafter . We couldn't be happier with the work that was carried out. Evan worked efficiently with no mess and minimum disruption from when he arrived until he finished. He was polite and professional and kept us updated on how things were progressing. Sharing photos of the completed job was really helpful. Would certainly recommend Richardson & Starling.”

“Everyone was very helpful. They attended when they said they would and explained what needed to be done. it was all confirmed by email quickly. The work was carried out efficiently. The men found a leak I did not know was there and took photos for me. I highly recommend Richardson & Starling.”

“I’ve was very impressed by the work undertaken by the Glasgow branch of Richardson and Starling. The surveyor, Roddy, clearly outlined the work to be done, which was effectively undertaken by the technical team. If required, I would not hesitate to seek their help for any future work.”

“Mr Niven came and told me what needed to be done. He emailed it that afternoon. The office was efficient in fixing a time for the work. Murdo and Michael came and found that a roof repair had not been done properly by another company. They took a video and told me about it. That was so helpful as I would not have known. They completed their work. I found everyone helpful pleasant and efficient.”
