“The website login form was confusing - it had the name of the conveyancing company emblazoned across the top but actually wanted you to create a new account with Rhino. I tried using the online assistant, but the font was light grey on grey and barely readable, but despite this they were able to advise me why I couldn't log in and what I needed to do. When completing the application form, one of the questions was unclear, saying that the application must be 'made within seven' of agreeing the sale. I rang the help desk number and they were very helpful. They explained that it is 7 days from when formal acceptance is issued i.e. they date when the estate agent issued the formal 'memorandum of sale'. I was therefore able to complete the purchase of the policy.”
