“(1) Very bad experience when you make claim. I received a reply email after a month of submitting a claim.After more than a month they asked me more documentation.And again they sat on my file. I called multiple times and each time they gave a false promise that the decision would be taken on the same day. After lots of chasing, they gave the decision. I do not want to challange their claim decsion because I do not want to go through frustrating process again. I would caustion you not to go with this insurance. Rhino homebuyer insurance is useless. There is not option to put negative rating so I have given 1 star.”

“Policy is easy to understand and clear as to what is and isn't covered. The premium was reasonable. I guess the proof in the pudding with all insurance is when you have to make have a claim, which I hope I don't have to!”
