“Kay Martin was very friendly and extremely helpful.I just passed on the information and she did the rest and kept me informed along the way. I was very pleased with the offers she found for me. The whole process only took about a couple of weeks,l would definitely recommend the service to other people.”

“One phone call and a couple of emails had it all sorted out ; what was a potentially complicated scenario of multiple policies was simply and effectively dealt with by one individual doing all of the background work for me; my retirement plan is all but completed now and the retirement desk was instrumental in helping untangle it all!! 10 out of 10 would recommend them every time. “This potentially traumatic transaction was handled relatively swiftly with little fuss and bother and a better annuity rate than I could find for myself on-line was obtained. All in all a most satisfactory experience that I would thoroughly recommend to others. I would like to say that I will use, "The Retirement Desk" again but, as is the nature of the beast, this is unlikely! Thank you so much Kay Martin”

“I have only praise for the the professionalism shown by the Retirement Desk, My "pot" for annuity was relatively modest but did not make any difference to the service I received. My contact Lisa at the Retirement Desk called me with an update at least once a week, more often when there was something to report. The Retirement Desk dealt with my company pension provider, who were frustratingly slow and inefficient, however the Retirement Desk kept pushing them along until eventually, this week I received my first pension payment. A great job done in very challenging circumstances.”

“The Retirement Desk consultant was Lisa O'Beirne who took my initial call and dealt with the process in a clear comprehensive manner, advising me of the best possible lifetime return, then accessing my pension fund, processing lump sum payment into my bank account and setting up monthly provision of income. The process took about 12 days during which time Lisa 'phoned 3 times to advise me of progress of the transfer process. The business transaction was carried out in the most effective way and it was satisfying to deal with such a professional organisation.”
