“Replacement Keys were brilliant, I was told by another company that the replacement key I needed for my filing cabinet was very rare in the UK but this company sent me one out super fast, their service was excellent, couldn’t fault them & would certainly recommend them”

“After losing our only post locker key,we came across Replacement keys online. Ordering was really easy, popped the number of the lock into the site, added a couple of keys into the cart & a few days later they arrived safe & sound. The building management were quoting us £25 per key, with tracked postage it cost us £12.50 for 2. Really impressed and would recommend.”

“My keys were easy to order and were perfect when they arrived. My only difficulty was the cost. The base cost of the keys themselves was good, but the shipping fee (£9.95 for two keys!) was astronomical. Then I had to pay another €11.55 in customs fees and handling fees for them to get to me (I know this is the cost of doing business with a UK merchant, so it isn't technically your fault), so the final cost to me meant that the whole experience cost three times the price of a single key.”

We're sorry to hear this. When shipping goods outside of the UK, we do not charge/collect any taxes or duties that may be payable in your country. This is shown in the checkout before you make your purchase. The fee you're being asked to pay is from An-Post fulfilling their duty to collect Irish VAT and this is something out of our control I'm afraid.
