“Postage very poor and expensive, paid for tracked 48hr , never got it waited 4 days for key. Complained and got nowhere with postage charge.fell on deaf ears.”

We have had a look at your order and can see that you ordered on Wed 10th Dec at 11.05, we cut and dispatched the same day by 11.13, and that your order was delivered on Fri 12th Dec at 13:07. This seems to be a reasonable delivery timeframe to us especially at this busy time where there are delays due to the Xmas post. We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with this delivery.

“LOST MY 2 KEYS FOR MY STERLING 8 INCH CASH BOX SO ORDERED A BURG 001 - 200 KEY FROM REPLACEMENTKEYS WITH THE 3 DIGFIT NUMBER STASMPED ON THE FACE OF THE LOCK AND NEXT DAY A NEW KEY WAS CUT AND DELIVERED THAT FITTED MY CASH BOX. “Amazing service, first time I used this company where I had an issue with my first set of keys, once I emailed replacement keys explaining the issue, received an email back within minutes to resolve the situation and second replacement set of keys arrived all within 48 hours with no issues. A* service and value for money replacement keys, I would highly recommend using this company.”
