“Had a problem with a window as as had lost key to open and was stand alone unlike my other windows. Took a photo and received an initial key from Ian. This key did not fit but sent further photos and without any further cost a second key was sent which fit perfectly.. Thanks so much for your stress free service and expertise.”

“i have used Replacement Keys on-line service several times and have been impressed by the service received. Easy to use, transparent pricing. Fast delivery. If you require any assistance, quick to answer queries and offer resolution. All keys received have been perfect and worked as required. We had to purchase non-standard replacement keys for lockers where we did not have any originals, both Ian and Hayley were very helpful and the keys were sourced and delivered very quickly.”

“Just wish to add to the 5 star reviews I was locked out of my filing cabinet for a few weeks and Replacement keys Ltd came to my aid.
