“I ordered three keys each for two different locks. One set worked and one did not but I didn’t have all the info for the one that didn’t so I wasn’t entirely hopeful they would be able to complete the job anyway. I was pleased with the speed and communication. Will use again!”

“There are two types of package tracking - one where you can actually track where your order is in the delivery process and the other which says we don't give any information until we have attempted to deliver. The latter is as useful as a chocolate fire guard and you should stop using it. Otherwise the keys work well.”

“I inherited a desk in a house move that had a drawer unit with it but no keys. The desk and drawers were useful so I kept them and later had need to be able to lock the drawers. There was a code on the lock and to my surprise Replacement Keys Ltd were able to supply a new key that fitted within a very short time. Very satisfied customer. If I need another key I will use them again.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery was a little slow but solely due to Covid problems and the mail delays. Packaging was good and the product as described. Unit price is a little dear but can’t see that many of them are made so reducing the price through market forces. Happy to buy again if needed though, many thanks.”
