“Keys arrived in good time, only fault is with the selection. It is hard to ensure you get the correct key, even with the code The pictures are not much help not knowing the lock manufacture. Comparing with my spare keys they do not look the same. I have not had time ti try them yet.”

“Absolutely love the service. Mailbox key broke with no spare to be found. Ordered and received a day later. Only reason I gave 4 stars is, like some others have pointed out, there is no way to add additional info for delivery. I didn't have a spare mailbox key, hence why I ordered a new one and I chose for Signed Delivery to make sure I got the key delivered in my hand. Unfortunately the mailman decided to drop the package in the mailbox and requested my signature for a different package. Either send keys in a box that doesn't fit through the mailbox or add the option for delivery instructions so it can be written on the package not to deliver in mailbox if needed”

“Placed order for 2 sets of house keys, wasn't sure what the delay was but after sending them an email reminder a week later the keys arrived within a couple of days and worked perfectly.”

“Ordered a shed key which had "C20" embossed on it. However, when the key arrived, was different from my original and didn't work. However, the company was very helpful and refunded the cost on return of the key with the advice to have the original copied locally.”
