“i was supplied the incorrect key replacement codes by Yale with my barrels and was unaware when ordering a set of spare keys from Replacement Keys LTD, so when they arrived they did not fit. i sent an email explaining my confusion with photos of the correct key, they told me what my correct code should be and sent a pair of keys out next day from the correct code as a good will gesture. Cannot recommend enough absolutely fantastic customer service.”

“Our order was placed on 21 January at 17:46. We did not have the code as the card had been lost so I attached a photograph of the key with the measurement to an email. A reply was received at 21:06 on the same day with a link and the code that was needed to produce the key replacement. 12 noon on 23 January our two keys arrive & they fit perfectly. Excellent service. Perfect fit first time. Definitely worth the price. We have used you before. Definitely recommend!”
