“Ordered a small amount of vinyl flooring. Quality was very good for the price and it layed easily. The only downside was it took a week to be delivered but this is understandable due to covid19. Response when I emailed asking where it was was polite and rapid and it arrived the next day.”

“After having a new toilet fitted needed to replace bathroom vinyl but wanted the exact same vinyl I had - after some searching found wha t I was looking for on Remland carpets. Was a little concerned about ordering during the Pandemic as I wasn’t sure if my order could be fulfilled but I needn’t have worried my order came within a couple of week and was delivered in good condition. Even with the delivery charge I found the price more competitive than a local supplier. Thank you Remland Carpets.”

“I was recommended by a friend to visit Remland Carpets website. I found exactly what I was looking for, placed my order, spoke to a very polite and helpful assistant over the phone about some special delivery requirements, and it arrived sooner than I was expecting. I don't think you could expect or demand anything more from a company or a service. I will use again and I will be recommending to by friends.”

“Ordered a length of vinyl. Notified of dispatch and arrived in a few days. Packaged very well and no damage. Considering the covid situation very quick service within a week. Other retailers I'd used took 4-6 weeks. Well done Remland.”

“I needed new carpets/underlay and lino for the house that we were moving into on 16th April 2020. After I had ordered them I was contacted by remland the following day that what I had ordered would not be available for 2 weeks. They kindly gave me some alternatives to choose from. Remland carpets have very good customer service and the prices are amazing. The carpet underlay and lino are of excellent quality. Thank you so much I will recommend you to everyone that I know. “Remland was the only online retailer open during lockdown to have the vinyl flooring we needed at the best price. Considering the disruption to supply chains the flooring was delivered in just over a week from ordering although it was next day delivery from when they had my floor in their possession. That's pretty good performance.”
