“The website is easy to manage, my order was processed quickly and my underlay was delivered even quicker still.. and way before I expected it to turn up. The prices are affordable and going off the quality of the underlay I ordered it is better than most!! I will definitely but from Remland carpets again.. one very happy customer!!”

“The lino I ordered wasn't available for delivery due to covid-19 (although I was able to order and pay before I knew this). Staff emailed me a range of alternatives although I chose to wait and have received the product which I am happy with.”

“I found service to be good, the product I requested was not in stock. You suggested an alternative which arrived in good time. however the new carpet was slightly cheaper than the original but you have not refunded the difference.”

“I ordered some vinyl for my bathroom after a day or so i was emailed to say the supplier unfortunately could not deliver due to the current climate, remland carpets offered me similar options and when i emailed back to say i would change it they were very prompt to reply and most helpful and it was all delivered promptly and the vinyl is good quality and looks amazing thankyou!!!!! Definitely recommend remland carpets”
