“I'm pleased to say that I had no issues at all , took about 2 weeks to arrive but I was kept updated , it's the right size, colour pattern etc, the delivery company DX were the only issues - not Remland Carpets , I called Remlamd customer services and was spoke to quickly, they took on my comments and seemed very professional , I had read some bad reviews but I can honestly say my experience was seamless and I would use them again.”

“I found Remland carpets a great service. I ordered vinyls. We had two cuts of one design but unfortunately one of them wasn’t the correct colourway. I called Remland and they rectified the order straight away and I received the correct vinyl the next day. Which was great as our fitter was booked in. A great service, and great customer care with a human not a chat bot. I would highly recommend Remland and will be using them again shortly. Thank you 🙏🏽”

“Time from ordering to dispatch was longer than expected. 7 days after placing my order online I had a second email to say “we’re working on it”. I contacted customer services to see how much longer it would be, and was informed that they need 3-7 working days for the product I ordered. I said I ordered 7 days ago but they informed me they work in working days, so I actually ordered 5 days ago. However, they did say that they would send it out that day, which they did, and it arrived the next day. The flooring arrived with a dirty patch on it where the packaging had split on delivery but I cut this piece off anyway as it was just on one edge. The sellotape that was used to hold the role together also washed off. The floor itself seems to be of a good quality and went down as it should.”

“I found, to my surprise, that the vinyl floor covering was easy to cut with scissors. Easier than with a scalpel. Now I spend a lot of my time staring at the fish. Overall, very pleased with the result.”
