“Great customer service I ordered 3 packets of laminate and the top board on two packets were damaged even although packets were very well wrapped. I thought it would have been a drama to get two replacement boards. I sent an email with photos of the two damaged boards. I got an email the following day with an apology and an order number for a new full box of laminate, 9 boards rather than 2. Excellent customer service”

“While The company was fine to work with it seems their couriers were not able to deliver and it seems the carpet “ got lost in transit”” I guess a company should be judged on their performance and as such I can’t recommend Remland. I had to cancel as could not be bothered with any more excuses. I think this is a fair comment.”
