“Ordering was simple, kept informed via e-mail pending delivery, delivered promptly and left flooring in a dry place, which was good because we did not find a card to say the delivery had occurred on our return, and it was later in the evening when we went to that area that we found the roll of flooring.”

“I would give everything 10/10 but you delivery information. When ordering it said it was free which is excellent but then there was no details other than you would be in touch and next thing I got an email saying it would be delivered in next few days. This is not very practical or ideal for many people who work etc.”

“Excellent sales service and advice, however the order was picked incorrectly and some of the items were sent wrong Although this was a small error it lead to some difficulty on installation as I did not have the correct parts to install my vinyl flooring I operate a small home improvements company and pride myself on the excellent service that I provide to my clients, but unfortunately this lead to me having to make a second call to my job to fix the correct door bars I seem to get problems when ordering products online for my business inspite of taking great care when ordering, Unfortunately this has now become something I have to consider very carefully when sourcing materials online, as a small error can cause frustrating delays in my progress.”

“I telephoned for advice before buying the product and was provided with useful information before I ordered online. The flooring is at a competitive price compared to other outlets. Delivery was satisfactory although all boxes except for one were split when they arrived.”
