“Friendly and helpful, very good service. Slight disappointment with delivery as one box of product (cork tiling) slightly damaged. Replacement was offered with no hestitation, but it turned out not to be necessary.”

“Excellent was left alone to look through a huge selection of samples . You will everything that carpet right have on there shelves plus many more at a much cheaper price. Staff were there if needed but didn't keep bothering us.”

“Good quality vinyl and good customer care when we requested a specific delivery date. But, appalling delivery team who dropped the goods in the front yard and had to be asked repeatedly to bring them in the house. Would strongly recommend reviewing customer care procedures with delivery company. Thanks”
