“The help on the phone was good. The product was good. The cutting wasn't great as 1 piece came 65mm too short but they have offered a refund or replacement. A bigger problem that is partly my fault is that I didn't check the email confirmation of my phone order, and 'powdered' had been changed to 'polished' concrete which is a very different colour. I haven't mentioned this to Remland yet as I feel a bit stupid for not checking carefully enough.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. We ordered the koi carp vinyl for a sensory room in our community centre. It arrived on time. We had clear communication to say it was on its way. The flooring looks brilliant and the little ones love it”
