“Im really not sure how they have so many good reviews ! My vinyl is terrible quality so thin i should of gone with online carpets who did my lounge ! Terrible quality !”

We apologise that your vinyl did not meet your expectations however we take good care to ensure all the product specs on our website are clearly written in our descriptions to avoid any disappointment with the expectation of our products. We sell vinyl flooring ranging from 2mm up to 5.5mm and offer free samples so qualities can be checked before ordering. Apologies you are not satisfied. “This company is unfailingly helpful. Do not hesitate to use them if you need something they sell. I rang several times for help and spoke to a knowledgeable person who delivered all the information in a courteous manner. Stupidly I ordered the wrong amount and was offered a refund.”
