“I needed something to cover a trap door in my hall floor. After having new flooring laid, I wanted something different to cover the trap door on the floor just inside the front door. I didn't want the flooring to be laid on top of this because I knew that if a plumber had to go under my floor, then my flooring would have to be lifted, ruining it. I ordered a meter of your coir matting and it works perfectly. Even the colour matches my new flooring. X”

“Can’t explain how happy I am with this company They have bent over backwards for me on several occasions ! You cannot fault the service they give you, my delivery was received within five days . I understand another one of my orders was sent directly through manufacturer ‘Flotex’. They left my goods where requested outside of my drive as I was not home. Quality service thanks again 😁”

“Sadly the lid on the glue was split the whole tub had been wrapped in copious amounts of cling film and was an absolute mess. The glue had got everywhere and some of it had started to solidify I to a state that was like sticky toffee. Probably not the fault of the supplier but the courier.”

Hi Mr Morgan, We are really sorry to hear your goods was damaged during transit, please email us so we can arrange a replacement. We try our hardest to wrap up the goods as well as we possibly can, we use 'Handle with care' tape around our products, but sadly the couriers we use do not always take note of this!
