“Flooring arrived quickly after ordering, with plenty of updates. Flooring looks fab, Great quality. Happy with my purchase. What was disappointing was two holes in the vinyl. They are under the sideboard so not too big of an issue until I decide to have a furniture change around. Shouldn't really have to make do as nearly £400 for a small area is not cheap. I did not complain as floor was half laid when I noticed.”

“The lion was a great quality, came relatively speedy. The gentleman dropping the item off rang me for directions and when he arrived, he just dropped the parcel on the floor (gently) and then ran to the nearest exit. I questioned why he couldn’t pass it to me as I’m recovering from surge try and he became a bit agitated and wasn’t please t to talk to”

“Exceptional customer service from Remland carpets. When a national Flooring chain let me down at the last minute with some very distinctive vinyl flooring I had ordered and paid for, Remland came to the rescue - not only supplying the same product for £5 per square metre less but also delivering it really quickly in time for fitting last week. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend you to others.”

“we purchased your tiles for our hall a couple of years ago for durability as we have a dog couldnt have picked a better choice look as good as new.so we ordered more for our kitchen area, cant fault the quality and ease of laying them,recommend flotex for any place in the home that takes a lot of footfall.”

“Fantastic service, I needed bostik wood adhesive urgently and was expecting a few days for delivery. The lady I spoke to at Remland Carpets was super helpful and said if I made the order online within the hour, she would arrange delivery for the next day. I made the order early afternoon and as promised, the adhesive was delivered to me the next day by lunchtime. Would really recommend using Remland Carpets for their outstanding customer service.”
