“The boxes containing the vinyl flooring were both badly ripped. The product inside was ok but really not best ever. I know the stock came straight from the manufacturer so accept out of control of Remland.”

“Ordered some samples which took a few weeks to come but really helped in choosing colour. Then ordered tiles. These came within a few days and are very good.”

“Great service. Delivered on time. Well packaged. Really happy with the flooring. The only issue we had was the delivery driver bent the roll in two so we have an annoying dent running right through the middle but this is no reflection on the company or the product.”

“I ordered some vinyl flooring, but discovered that the measurement wasn't even close to what I had ordered. However, it was dealt with quickly and I received the correct measurement the next day. This kind of thing does have a knock on effect for the decorator employed to fit the floor. I like the flooring very much and it has worked well.”

“The service I received by way of ease of ordering and timely delivery was excellent as was the price. I could definitely not purchase similar items locally for the same price which included delivery( my local carpet shop which is only 5miles away would have charged between £20 to £30 delivery). PS i would also like to say the online help service was also excellent.”

“I had a very good first experience with Remland. They had the vinyl I wanted that I couldn’t get elsewhere, it was a very low price and a fast service too. Communication was quick and I am happy with the vinyl I bought. The packaging was ripped when it arrived, but the product was not damaged. And they gave instructions on what to do if it did arrive damaged anyway. I would recommend and use again.”

“I've been so impressed with the service I received from Remland Carpets. I wanted to come collect the flooring directly and Sophie arranged this for me so I could collect safely and with assistance as I was heavily pregnant. She provided the address via e-mail and coudln't be more helpful. Will be back again!”
