“Telephone help excellent, the young man checking that the vinyl was in stock before I ordered it on line. It arrived within 7- 9 days. Have not had it laid yet as have sent for samples for the bathroom and will have both done at the same time. Would use this firm again.”

“Excellent prices, premium product. Ordered commercial quality vinyl for a heavy use bathroom. Picked online. Very satisfied with the choice. Highest quality, great price. Worth noting that some commercial grade vinyls don’t have the cushion effect of some domestic versions. Check, especially if this is important to you. Nonetheless, this doesn’t detract from a great vinyl in a refurbished bathroom. Bargain. Seamless purchase experience and delivered on time.”

“Easy-to-use website with lots of choice, fast delivery and good customer service. They helped me select the right adhesive to go with the flooring, and delayed the delivery for me after I placed my order, so it came on the day I needed it. The delivery driver bent my vinyl flooring roll, which caused some damage on one edge. Remland responded very quickly and were ready to provide an exchange or refund. In the end I didn't need one because it was a section we were going to trim off, anyway.”

“We had ordered carpets from another supplier which they had 'lost in the warehouse' after an eleven week wait. So we ordered the carpets from Remland for our landing, stairs, hall, living room and dining room. Unexpectedly this was a saving of around £300 over the other firm. It was all delivered within five weeks. The Remland office was very helpful and when we told them that we could not lift the carpets indoors from a 'kerbside delivery' they kindly rearranged the delivery with a driver that brought all the carpets in for us. So far we have had the living and dining room carpets fitted. They are of excellent quality and the colour is as we expected. The remaining carpets are to be fitted in a few days. I would recommend Remland Carpets. First class all round.”
