“The quality of the products you sell are the responsibility of the relative manufacturers, the quality of the people you employ is a reflection of the culture of your business. All my interactions with Regton over the the years have been digital and met my expectations completely. I live in South Africa and on my visits to family always stock up with the items I need. This time I had cause to phone you and Louisa dealt with my query. What an asset to your company she is. Courteous, empathetic and precise, all with a buoyancy to her voice that simply made my day more valuable . If this is indicative of the rest of your staff then we'll done. If she is a shining light amongst them then I'd suggest you ask them to mirror her manner, your customers and your bottom line will thank you. Dziękuję Louisa... you were a joy to deal with. “I’ve used this company for a number of purchases over the years and customer service has always been excellent but this week they have surpassed themselves with a repair. Lovely folk to deal with and high standards of proper old fashioned customer care which is difficult to find now. Customer for life or as long as my wee detecting legs can keep going.”
