Hello David, thank you for your feedback, our carriage costs are based on value rather than weight, with some items we lose out considerably whilst others we may gain a little, any order over £50 would receive free carriage.

Apologies Jason, free carriage over £50 isn't next day delivery always, it can also be 1st Class post, over £100 is next day but glad you are happy.

“MISSING PART ARRIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT I WHEN I PHONED THEM ABOUT THE MISSING PART OF MY GARRETT 300 I WAS MADE TO FEEL LIKE I HAD MADE A MISTAKE BY NOT LOOKING IN THE BOX PROPERLY. AFTER TAKING PHOTOS AND SENDING THEM TO NIGEL HE AGREED THE PART WAS ACTUALLY NOT IN THE BOX. ALL VERY PATRONISING AND I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO APOLOGY WAS OFFERED.I HAVE DEALT WITH REGTONS FOR 10 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED. THE LAST TIME THEY MADE A MISTAKE THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND APOLOGETIC AND EVEN SENT ME A FREE GIFT AS A GOODWILL GESTURE. THIS TIME IT WAS A VERY EXPERIENCE.”

Hello Barry, Indeed it was myself who dealt with this so firstly my apologies as that wasn't the intention at all very rarely do manufacturers miss parts from boxes & generally we do have a quick glance inside to make sure key parts are present. Sadly we do have customers who say parts are not inside boxes only to find they had got them after all so we do have to make checks & go over everything as we cannot know if a customer is new to detecting or as in your case an experienced detectorist so once again I can only offer my apologies.
