“Efficient website gave hassle free on line ordering. Cartridges arrived next day, so very good service. Haven't opened yet alone used any just yet, so can't comment on product, which is the problem with wanting a review before the item has even been used.”

“HP compatible cartridges 5 x XL950 and 3 x XL951 (of each colour) arrived within two working days. Only the XL 951 Cyan fitted so far and works fine. Maybe not quite as good as original, but plenty good enough for me.”

“Ordered two cartridges [balck and colour] but the colour pne failed to print red. Contacted Refresh who immediately maild me a replacement [that worls fine]. Cannot fault the prompt service.”
