“With my previous printer (Canon) I was paying £12 for a set of cartridges. With my new printer (Epson) I find I am paying £34. I cannot understand why there should be such a huge difference in price.”

“Refresh Cartridges deserves 5 Stars for their service and support. Unfortunately, Refresh Cartridges scores a round zero Stars, for their repeated failure to use my correct legal address in their delivery systems. My confirmed legal address is “Oaklands, 31 Fields Road, Alsager, Cheshire ST7 2NA”. Alsager is in Cheshire. I do not live in Stoke-on-Trent, or in its surrounding county of Staffordshire. Refresh are currently using another incorrect variant : “Oaklands, 31 Fields Road, Stoke-On-Trent ST7 2NA” This latest variant omits both my home town of Alsager (a major town with a population of over 15,000) and my address of Cheshire. They claim I live in ‘Stoke-On-Trent’, which is legally, administratively, regionally, politically and statistically incorrect. In this digital age, accuracy and reliability matter. When Refresh Cartridges learns that lesson, and uses my correct legal address, I will restore them to 5 Stars. Tim Gresty”

“The cartridges were delivered as promptly as could be expected during the current coordinated action of the Royal Mail Service. The magenta cartridge cleared the patchy print quality of my Brother machine - as suggested by a member of the Refresh sales team. Thank you. This is much appreciated.”

“Didn't work with my HP printer. Cheaply made and nearly fell apart in my hands. Didn't install properly and temporarily broke the printer. Threw them away and waited for genuine cartridges to become available and they worked fine.”

“thought i had a problem with the inks. i emailed the company for advice. cleared problem but no reply from company a few days later received an email saying my email could not be delivered due to your postbox being full. due to this would not recommend or deal with again”
