“At this time not impressed as ordered and paid on the 25th Aug. Received email on the 30th Aug (5 days after payment) that the order has been dispatched so assume sent on that day 30th Aug. Another Email today asking for an opinion one day after items sent from the UK to Greece.”

“No service = very poor service. Reported a faulty cartridge and they neither replied or refunded my money. In future I will buy from an honest and reliable distributor.”

“Good service ...except I just went to change the cli-8bk cartridge and found it had no ink in the reservoir previously changed other cartridges and all worked fine.....”

“Delivery not attempted by the Courier, although they claimed they had, and so failed to receive Cartridges as expected. As soon as Refresh Cartridges were advised they acted, and replacements turned up the next day. So 5 Star Refresh Cartridge, NIL Stars for Couriers. Attempted Delivery claims need to be challenged.”

“I really feel quite sad having to write this review as I have always had flawless service from you. My order didn't arrive within 24hours. The paper arrived the following day [2nd Dec] but not the toner. I telephoned at 2.30pm on Friday 2nd to enquire what was wrong as I had a large print job to do not enough toner to do it. I was told that the toner had been dispatched from one of your suppliers direct and that the tracking information would be acquired and I would be called back very shortly. 2 hours later, and needing to go out I called again and spoke to the same gentlemen. He said he had emailed and telephoned the supplier but they had not, at this point, supplied the tracking information. I asked for a voice mail or an email to let me know the position with the toner - and this was promised. I didn't get either option and indeed the toner had not arrived by 2.30pm on Monday 5th. This necessitated a further call - this time to Adam - who promised to send out the order from a different supplier that afternoon. It was delivered later afternoon the following day. I am certainly not you biggest customer but have been coming back for many years and have never had this experience before. It does seem likely that the first supplier simply did not send out my order. Somewhat disappointed that the first gentleman did not pursue this complaint on my behalf until he resolved the problem and seemingly left me to make the running. I am sure this won't get me into the prize draw!!! This has hopefully been a one off glitch - but you might like to tell the first gentleman how unimpressed I am with his efforts on my behalf. I will be a returning customer!!”
