“The product Brass sash window pull rings were as expected. However the finnish of the product is poor. I have had to file down very sharp edges on the rings that would cause cuts on the fingers. It would also be very good if you emailed when the product was to arrive.. I had to collect at the PO. Distasteful people..”

“I had the best and most helpful service from a member of their staff - I needed a small part for something and couldn't identify it - he obviously had a good product knowledge (or was willing to research it) - and I ended up with the right thing and an appreciation that one can still get old-fashioned helpfulness from companies, even though others I had approached simply sent me a picture of what they had, which didn't answer my questions at all.”
