“The products that arrived were very high quality! The finish is beautiful. However as an international customer I was given only one option for shipping, which was 2-3 day service and phenomenally expensive. It ended up that one of the products was twice as large as I anticipated (there were no references for scale in the photo, and I neglected to check the metric measurements).”

“The product arrived as arranged, a couple of days on when I used the product, window dry seal with lip, I found that it was faulty. Contacted reddiseals absolutely no quibble at all, photos sent, and I recieved a replacement almost by return. The company stood up to the plate for which I would recommend them. The problem was with the manufacturing process. I would use them again.”

“Excellent service. Ordered a window fastener that was no longer stocked. The company 'phoned me the next day to explain the situation, apologised and suggested an alternative. There was a small difference in price, which I offered to pay but the very polite lady on the 'phone insisted on standing by their original offer. Substitute fastener was with me the following day. If only all companies were this pleasant and efficient.”

“I ordered the product on a Sunday, I chose 1-2 days delivery at £8.50 which I felt was expensive for a lightweight roll of glazing tape. It didn't turn up until Thursday afternoon!”

“Product was badly damaged when received. Probably delivery companies fault and not Reddiseals. Luckily did not require all of the product.”
