“Website easy to use and order from. Delivery prompt and fittings as described. Feel solid and well made. The shipping cardboard box was quite damaged and distorted but the contents were fine as wrapped in bubble wrap or their own box In the case of door handles. May want to think about using sturdier shipping boxes when the load is heavy and likely to move around.”

“My first order at Reddiseals. Didn't receive it the next day, was told by a member off staff after I had sent a message there was a glitch and my order was not processed that day. Ordered on Thursday received on Monday. Items are pretty much labelled and in small sealed bags which is useful as the screws were kept together. Courier dx didn't have exact location or order of drop off list by the driver which more companies have for notification when to look out that day. Overall happy with purchase now to get 10 percent off my next order for writing this review.”

“Although I only order small amounts from Reddiseals, I always find them very helpful and professional, their deliveries are normally next day and never more than a couple days, products are very good quality even on the cheaper ranges, and prices are very competitive,”

“I would love to review your product. I ordered it on 23/05/20 but I have not received it yet I will be ringing you tomorrow. I would like to give it 5 stars but at this time I can’t give you any. Update. Finally received my order as DX courier repeatedly went to the wrong address. Many thanks to customer service at your end especially Nina and her colleague so it’s 5 STARS. Regards John.”

“Ordered online but apparently out of stock. Received a phone call next day to apologise and given. As revised delivery date. In the current situation that’s good service! I’m in lockdown so have plenty of time. Rest of survey is not therefore applicable, should I have received this in the circumstances?”
