“Spoke with the most lovely woman yesterday when she called to inform me that an item I had ordered online was actually discontinued. It actually wasn't that much of a big deal as they still had certain double glazing tool that I needed and was way more important. I've been suffering with Long Covid and had been in bed for almost 5 whole days when she called, when I explained about my situation she was genuinely so sweet and caring and also very apologetic that the other items no longer available, but like I said that wasn't really a big deal. When you're suffering from Long Covid and receive a phone call from someone so sweet it really helps. Such a lovely customer representative”

“I've recently undertaken a complete refurbishment of my sash windows and Reddiseals have provided all materials required for the task from the beading to the locks and lifts. “Product initially ordered was subsequently advised 'out of stock' and I was asked if I wanted to wait or select an alternative. My selected alternative was in stock, was charged at the same price as my original selection (although slightly more expensive) and was delivered by post within 24 hours”

“I struggled to make any contact to get info for the product I wanted and went to another supplier! However that supplier did not do the product in the colour I wanted! So I ordered through Reddiseals and all went fine.”

“Ordered some 38mm x 38mm square lead weights. All went well including delivery. https://www.reddiseals.com/product/square-add-on-lead-weight/ The only issue is the description on the web page. 38mm x 38mm square: - Is NOT a diameter!!!! . .as the top of the web page suggests. That is for circles!!! - Is NOT 38mm2 as the drop down menus and description further down suggests. This is an area (and is actually 38x38=1444mm2 You need to state it as 38mm x 38mm in all parts of the web page.”
