“Good helpful friendly communication throughout regarding out of stock items, changing the order, reimbursing cost difference and shipping. Unfortunately the order didn't arrive no doubt due to Post Office staff problems over Christmas/covid. A replacement order was shipped without query or extra charge. Exemplary service. I totally recommend this supplier.”
