“Excellent service.Ordered Friday delivered Monday!!! Only query would be that the diameter of the Spring Balances is slightly larger than previously which made the fitting a little tight. Still works ok fortunately.”

“Our first order came the following day but we are waiting for the bigger order to arrive parts out of stock stop blocks we believe,two things I would like to ask pretensions spirals are they just attached to the sash and nothing to release. You Vidio on u tube is saying if you have to tension turn clock wise while your joiner is turning anti clockwise?”
