“I am making removable secondary glazing units in Perspex with a wooden frame and needed a surround to make a snug fit. The self-adhesive Weatherpile has been ideal. It’s a good quality product and reasonably priced. The package arrived very quickly, well wrapped.”

“The seal works very well in the windows. Upon delivery the packaging was damage therefore it is not sufficiently robust enough. Luckily there was no damage to the seal material.”

Good morning Sandro Thank you for your review. Our Customer Services team have reviewed your order and the delivery tracking through Royal Mail and confirm your order was delivered yesterday. I confirm your order was received and despatched on the day of receipt using the delivery service chosen. I apologise for the delay in the delivery time and can only assume due to the recent Royal Mail strikes that this has created a backlog and time lapse in deliveries. “I was very pleased with the product, the pricing was very competitive. My only niggle was that although the next day courier delivery was on time, for the fee of around £7 I would have expected packaging that did not almost disintegrate in transit. The cardboard box was squashed and open at both ends, luckily the contents were still inside. Your P&P element costs you a 5 star rating.”

“Quite disappointed, first time using this company. Should have been next day delivery but the company never delivered. Was told that they have contract drivers who just say they attempted to deliver but don’t actually bother(due to deliver to my shop which was open all day!!). Had to cancel work for the weekend due to that. Also bought some 2 part window putty. The container delivered had no instructions on mixing proportions. Had to phone up, was told that the entire 5kg needed to be mixed and had a life of 1 week. This was not explained anywhere- was due to use this on multiple windows over the next few months. Had to throw 95% of the putty away. Pretty disappointed they use a poor delivery service and useless website instructions.”

With regard to the Putty purchased, we do offer this in different sizes to suit requirements and technical data information is available online, however, I agree the lifespan of the product was not clealy defined. “Don't usually write reviews, but ... I recently ordered some stuff online from Reddiseals one evening. Woke up next morning realising I'd forgotten an item that didn't cost much but was 2m long and would cost a lot for separate delivery. So I emailed Reddiseals at 7.31 a.m. asking could it be added to the order and how could I pay for it? Got a response by 8.38 a.m. from Nikie saying the item had been added to the order and there would be no charge. Everything arrived perfectly next day. Brilliant! That's what I call service!”

“My order for secure window stops was processed and delivered efficiently and on time. My only comment would be from your website it did not appear to be possible to order just the stops without the screw plugs, striker plates and key none of which I wanted.”

“On ordering 3 items, only two turned up when the carrier delivered. I called Reddiseals and explained. The lady was very professional and told me a replacement would be delivered the following day which it was. Customer service was great will definitely use this company again.”
