“I bought some window stops two months ago. They arrived promptly and were fitted. Unfortunately some of them did not work properly. So I contacted Reddiseals through their website contact form and explained the problem. I soon received an automatic email promising a response soon. I realise that, with Covid-19, things may take longer, but one month later and still nothing. Very disappointing.”

“Great service yet again. I requested the goods were dispatched to arrive in a two day delivery window, which is exactly what they did. Packaging was damaged but that was down to the courier rather than Rediseals. The goods were fine.”

“Ordered delivery for next day, it was clear on the website that next day delivery could be delayed by a day. As it happened my order did arrive next day. Fantastic service. No other company could get the goods delivered that quick, hence why I choose REDDISEALS. will use again”

“I purchased some Metolux 2 Part Pre-Mix Styrene Free Wood Filler, which is “an innovative two-part high strength polyester wood filler designed to guarantee the proper ratio mix of hardener and resin.” Seven days after application, it hasn’t gone off and I’ve had to cancel the decorator. Reddiseals’ tech support have no idea what the problem is but have offered to send an alternative, ‘normal’ two part filler. Would I use Reddiseals again? Absolutely. 5/5 Would I buy another Metolux product? No. 0/5”
