“Wasn’t expecting much for my A2 frames at that price. Cheap, plastic, but would do until I could afford better frames… Don’t need better frames. Unbelievable quality for the price. Aluminium frames with high quality plastic screens and a satisfying snap when you open and close the frames. Would definitely buy again”

“The board had poorly finished mitre corners, with very sharp edges, and aluminium showing through the black coating. Goods out inspection should have rejected this quality of manufacture.”

We're genuinely sorry that your board arrived in this condition. You're absolutely right that the finish of the mitred corners was not to the standard we expect and should have been identified during our final quality inspection before dispatch. We investigated the issue immediately and identified an isolated production quality issue that affected a very small number of orders during a brief production period. The cause was corrected straight away, and we have reinforced our quality control procedures to ensure it does not happen again. We're proud to have maintained consistently excellent customer feedback over many years, which is why we're particularly disappointed that these few orders fell below the standards we set ourselves. We sincerely apologise that your order did not reflect the quality we strive to deliver.

“Ordered an A0 frame: it arrived 3 days later but had been badly damaged in he post by the courier. I messaged Red17 with photos of the damage asking for a replacement - this was accepted 15 minutes later and a (undamaged) replacement frame arrived 2 days later. Can't fault them for customer service.”

“First A0 frame arrived damaged. Was due to Christmas rush with courier by the sound of it. Support was so fast they had another perfect frame A0 sent within 2 days. :-)”

“Arrived damaged. Not really a fault of RED17, however no communication from time of ordering to arrival. So did not receive an order confirmation, nor did I know when to expect delivery. Red17 only asked for feedback, which my experience has not been great.”

“The board arrived promptly, but regrettably it was the wrong size( my error), on trying to return via courier used I was told it was too large. It had been ok 24 hours previously and had not grown. I rang Red 17 and was told they used standard uk couriers. All told me the item was too large. Red17 did not provide the option to return via their account and bill me.”
