“The board had poorly finished mitre corners, with very sharp edges, and aluminium showing through the black coating. Goods out inspection should have rejected this quality of manufacture.”

Your comments related to the same isolated production quality issue that affected a very small number of orders during a brief production period before it was identified and corrected. “Arrived damaged. Not really a fault of RED17, however no communication from time of ordering to arrival. So did not receive an order confirmation, nor did I know when to expect delivery. Red17 only asked for feedback, which my experience has not been great.”

“Unfortunately the poster display clips are so overly tight that I can’t open them by hand. I’ve had to force them open with a screwdriver. Dangerous to use as fingers could easily get trapped.”

“The snap poster frame is good quality for the price, however I ordered a black frame but the frame supplied was silver. Hence the low rating.”
