“Purchase a sample frame after having it confirmed they had the stock for my further order if I was happy with the sample. Great quality frame and price, along with the initial customer serivce. When I purchased and paid for a large order I was later informed they were out of stock! Disappointing as no offer to refund the sample frame and posting just a simple apology.”
