“Ordered an A0 frame: it arrived 3 days later but had been badly damaged in he post by the courier. I messaged Red17 with photos of the damage asking for a replacement - this was accepted 15 minutes later and a (undamaged) replacement frame arrived 2 days later. Can't fault them for customer service.”

“Delighted with the quality of the notice board and all the protective packaging. We were attaching it to an uneven wall and therefore used a piece of varnished plywood as a backing which was very easy. Sales could not have been more helpful with arranging time of delivery.”
