“Product not as expected. Don’t advertise as A3 when visible advertising space is not A3. That’s just false advertising. I don’t expect to have to read the small print on such a simple order.”

“Ordered as needed for a customer next day, item never turned up. When questioned, the excuse of forgot to send, didn’t portray confidence and certainly didn’t help my customer.”

“Unfortunately these frames were no good for what I needed. I personally don’t feel like they are very well described online. This is disappointing because now I’m having to pay to return them as well as having to find new frames”

“I would love to give a positive review but I'm afraid I can't. I have been trying to return some frames which arrived damaged in the post for quite some time. However, despite 2 emails and filling in the contact form, I am yet to receive any sort of reply. I am sure I would be able to change my review should someone contact me back and resolve my query.”
