Communication was good and delivery great. Disappointed with the bottle I received as it was available very easily at a lower cost. Also Disappointed that others that I knew who were in the raffle all received a free miniature and I didn't.

The order was shipped to the wrong address twice, surprise whisky was weirdly the same 2 bottles in almost every order when I checked with other people who ordered during that same promotion. All and all, the order arrived a bit late and the whisky was ok for the paid promotion. Partial refund was given on the shipping.

Everything looks great, my husband is going to love it. I was just a little disappointed that I didn't get a tracking number and never got a response when I emailed asking for it. Someone over 21 had to be home to sign for the package since it's alcohol and I kept missing the delivery because I couldn't track it to make sure I was home. I also received it with the inside packaging broken to the bottle were everywhere and rolling into each other. I honestly have no idea how they didn't break. Some kind of cushioning should definitely be added inside the advent calendar box.

The whisky I ordered as a present looked good. However the free gift I was supposed to get with it didn’t turn up. I know it’s a silly thing to be disappointed about but I thought it would be a little extra thing to give with the present itself. I was even in touch with customer services to make sure the free gift would be included. It’s such a petty thing I haven’t been bothered to get in touch with the company as I am sure the cost of shipping will be more than the item itself. Other than that all was good.

Goods and shipping verry good, but at the order you'r prodicted that i have to pay 24€ import fee. But i hade to pay 75€ import and customs fee for only 2 bottles.

The level of service is very high with the Really Good Whisky Company, they really try to solve any issues. BUT I ordered my whisky before Christmas, and for some reason it was not shipped before the new year, which now has resulted in the order being cancelled and my money refunded. The reason for this, is the customs situation between England and Denmark. The shop cannot do anything about this, but if they had sent my order before Christmas, it would have been in Denmark before the customs issues.

Many thanks for your feedback! This is really helpful in order for us to improve! Unfortunately, the routes out of the UK to Europe were closed in December due to Corona Virus and the British strain. so despite the parcels being packed and sent - (on the day the orders were all placed) the courier firms returned them all back to us. It is with huge regret that we had to cancel so many orders and make refunds - we can only apologise for this but felt it the right thing to do at least until the roads and routes are properly open in to Europe and it is clear exactly how the couriers can clear parcels through their system.

I asked for American whiskey for my dram gift cards, yet I received Scotch. They took 3 days to get to DPD to ship when DPD said it would be delivered 3 days earlier. May not order for them again.

We didn’t do the tasting live only by YouTube - it was fun mainly because it was shared with other family in different countries. Disappointed that the Christmas tasting offer which was forwarded to me by my US family, doesn’t appear to be available.

Everything is fine as far as we speak of the Products. I am not satisfied with the quality of the shipment, poor box that arrived torn and extremely wet, as left in the rain. The tins that contained the two bottles were battered (even if protected) luckily the bottles arrived safe. Useless to say that excellent quality also means care of the delivery, considering the cost. Could also consider not to buy anymore, would be sorry. Thank You for Your attention.

Unfortunately I think my order is the one that isn’t the norm for this company given the other good reviews, however I can only be truthfull. My order was taken and DPD said they’d deliver next day. There was some mix up in the dispatching and it was not picked up so I let them know and they apologised giving me a discount code for the inconvenience. However it was then further exacerbated by the fact I had ordered two bottles and only one was delivered- after notifying them I was told there was none of the bottles left in stock and was then refunded for one and delivery and given a discount code again.. so for my first dealings with them it wasn’t a very good experience even though the majority of reviews are excellent, I cannot give more than 3 stars for my own involvement with them.

I haven’t tasted it as it’s for a Xmas present but I was a little disappointed with the packaging, the bottles liked very cheap and plain. Thought they would look more like miniatures .

Ordered products on Sat eve. Had email saying sent on Sunday for Monday delivery. Parcel didn’t arrive Monday nor even Tuesday. Was a due to arrive on the Wed but I was at work and eventually got parcel on Friday. If it wasn’t for good prices of bottles I would have scored less.

It is a good company. But I want more shipping options. I hope you can get it delivered by DHL Parcel service, not by DHL express.

Dear team, unfortunately the Ardbeg Airigh Nam Beist I recieved is missing 2-3 cl of its content, which might be due to the fact, that the cork seems to be broken, and the cap damaged... this is disappointing, as the bottle on the webshop picture was intact.

Seems a little tight to leave number 25 as an empty box! I know a usual advent calendar is 24, but the extra box is there to make it all fit - it’s only 3cl!!! Wouldn’t have killed you to put on I’m it for the money! Other than that, great gift!!

This is a difficult review to write as I am not sure if I am reviewing the whiskey or the service. I have not tasted the whiskey as it was a gift for someone else so I cannot comment. On the service I can comment. It was patchy; great website easy to use and the notification of despatch perfect. Delivery notification did not exist. The recipient states that it was not delivered by the time stated on the website. I can only give acceptable as the rating.

Thanks for your review. Your order was placed at 8:39pm on 23rd October. Despatched in the morning of the 24th October and signed for at 10:35am on the 25th October. We take our metrics very seriously! I've checked in the DPD login and they have your correct email, so I'm not sure why you wouldn't have received an email with tracking details. Any faster delivery would be an impossibility unless it was going on a direct courier or taxi and we don't offer that service to Bristol. sorry this hasn't worked out for you as you expected.

Was a little annoyed that a product I paid for ended up being out of stock, at least the staff reached out pretty promptly. Otherwise, so far so good. Looking forward to receiving the rest of my order.

Good service, fast delivery. Invoice was defaced with comments from whomever packaged the product. Box arrived pretty damaged and as the whiskey was a gift and pretty expensive this was quite disappointing
