“Sehr freundlicher Kontakt und sehr schnelle Lieferung Schade ist, dass durch die extrem stark aufgepumpte Plastikschutzverpackung die Kartonverpackung der Flasche eingedrückt worden ist. Ansonsten sehr gerne wieder”

“Ordered a high end bottle at a great price- immediately shipped tot he U.S.. Got stuck in Heathrow due to COVID issues- Alex was always there for an update. The bottle came perfect condition. Can't wait to break this with friends. Debating my next order with them.”

“Ordered a bottle of 12yr old Springbank Cask Strength for a friends 60th Birthday and this was one of the few sites who had it and it was a reasonable price. I also paid £9.99 to have it gift wrapped and included a personalised message. Delivery was quick, however, it had not been gift wrapped and the personalised message was missing. Instead someone had written "Enjoy" on the invoice. I did message the RGWC who promptly apologised and refunded the £9.99 they also included a voucher code for 10% off a future order, needless to say first impressions are important and I won't be rushing back !”
