“The whisky I ordered as a present looked good. However the free gift I was supposed to get with it didn’t turn up. I know it’s a silly thing to be disappointed about but I thought it would be a little extra thing to give with the present itself. I was even in touch with customer services to make sure the free gift would be included. It’s such a petty thing I haven’t been bothered to get in touch with the company as I am sure the cost of shipping will be more than the item itself. Other than that all was good.”

“My Whskey Advent Calendar arrived damaged. The shipping box was just big enough to hold the Calendar. The shipping box was a VERY thin corrugated box, the Calenar box cardboard was thicker. "FRAGILE" makring tape was used to seal the box (a whole 13" of it) but it was hidden under the 9" long shipping label so was basically unseen. I sent an email to the company as soon as the package arrived with photos of the damage (indlusding the broken bottle and soaken cardboard, with the bottles all scattered around from the handling during shipping). I am waiting to hear back from the company.”

“Ordered an advent calendar from these guys and it shipped promptly from their location in the UK to me in Colorado very well packaged with no damage at all. The selection sounds amazing. It will be tough waiting until December to get into the box.”
