“Hopeless. Money taken, email stating that the product had been dispatched. In fact the product was sold out. No idea what IT system in use. Only good aspect was rapid refund. First and probably last time.”

Hi Malcolm. Thanks for your feedback - we're glad you took the time as it helps us to grown and improve. Sometimes, realtime and systems are not aligned, especially when dealing with breakables such as whisky. We would never send out product unless it is perfect and then the numbers can be adjusted slightly and sometimes, as it's humans running the system (thankfully) we can make mistakes too. The important thing for us is to acknowledge the mistakes and then work to rectify and then not to repeat them. In this case, as you noted, we refunded the entire transaction straight away. Unfortunately, we can't magic another bottle so sorry that this has been disappointing for you.

“Had an issue with the next day delivery not turning up and on contacting Shelley this was resolved and refunded straight away. Thanks! Haven't tasted the rums yet as they are a gift but the gift box they came in looks great and very happy with the item otherwise.”

“I recently ordered a bottle of Malt as a present and by mistake ordered two bottle. I rang the company and nothing was too much trouble in the way they corrected my order for me. I really was so impressed and cannot thank the enough. I shall certainly use this company in the future and will be recommending them to my friends and family.”
