“I ordered a Christmas present and it failed to arrive on time. In fact, it didn't arrive until the new year! Part of this seems to be because The Really Good Whisky Company didn't dispatch it for quite a while. They then blamed it on the courier firm. I asked for a refund on the delivery cost and never received anything.”

“Great website, easy to navigate for a non-whiskey person. Found exactly the gift I wanted. I had a question about whether or not they shipped to the area in the States I needed so sent a note - they responded same day! The shipping took less time than expected and arrived in perfect shape.
