“Coffee is excellent and have been a regular customer from the start at Love Lane - but the waiting times in store have become unacceptable - often 20 mins to get a coffee even at 07:30. Service then becomes rushed and tables are often dirty.
You probably need two machines or a rethink on how wait times can be reduced. This is a concern raised by many - and I would not want to see you lose customers for what should be easy to rectify.”

The flavour notes given are always highly accurate, and I haven't been disappointed once.
